(1)Upon opening the app, the user will be prompted to the introduction page of Sendy and have two choices to make an account or sign in with an existing account. The user will click “GET STARTED” to create an account. Afterwards they are taken to the Sendy Dashboard.
(2)As their account is unregistered, the user can go to menu and will be shown “REGISTER AN ACCOUNT”. When they click this they will be taken through some steps including Name, Email,identification document photo and identification number as well as creating an account password to protect their account.
(3) Now the user will navigate to their dashboard. They will select the ☰ button in the upper-left hand corner to navigate to their menu list. They will go to profile and ensure their account is in top up agent mode.
(4) After ensuring they are in top up agent mode, they will navigate to their menu list and select ‘Top-Up’. They will have the sender scan their mobile device onto the QR code and then they can proceed with the top up.
